Uptime
- Digital Realty has constructed, maintained and operated over 100 Turn-Key Flex data centers consistently since 2007. For the entirety of this period, we have experienced less downtime than that permitted in an Uptime Institute Tier IV rated facility.
Cooling
- Total of eighteen (18) dedicated air-cooled, chilled water systems, three (3) per TKF operating in N+1 configuration
- High-efficiency chiller systems provide dedicated cooling capacity for each data hall with an area of approximately 1,000 m2
- Designed in accordance with ASHRAE TC 9.9 2011 conditions with underfloor air supply
Power
- Two (2) 11 kV Medium Voltage power feeds from separate substations diversely routed to ground floor substations (2N)
- Total of 8,640kW of UPS power supply to Critical IT load in 2N configuration, 1,440kW per TKF
